Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov held a phone talk on Monday with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair Igor Popov and personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
The sides discussed the situation on the border with Armenia, Azerbaijani MFA reported.
The minister accused Armenia of provocation and intention to draw third countries into the conflict and distract the attention of the Armenian public from internal problems.
