Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan posted the following on his Facebook page:
“I have addressed letters to heads of the chambers of parliaments of the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in which I have presented the provocative actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the direction of the northeastern border of the Republic of Armenia and called on them to condemn these provocative actions.”
