Manuel Conde Orellana, chair of the Guatemalan Congress’ foreign relations commission, took to his Twitter to comment on the aggravation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in the north-east direction provoked by Azerbaijan.
According to him, the majority of the MPs of the Guatemalan Congress condemn the military operations of Azerbaijan directed against Armenia.
He noted that they demand an immediate cessation of offensive and threatening steps, and call for dialogue since this is the only way to achieve peace.
