Former President of Georgia, chairman of the Executive Committee on Reforms of Ukraine Mikheil Saakashvili took to his Facebook to state that he has big plans with Ukraine and Georgia in the fall, Georgia-Online reports.

“I will take crucial actions in Georgia in the fall. We will put an end to the humiliation of my homeland Georgia and the annihilation of my people by oligarch Ivanishvili, and we will put Georgian statehood back on the track for development, even if I have to pay a high price for that. Yes, I’m fighting in both Ukraine and Georgia. Yes, I’m not contending for a top position, but I know for a fact that I am a leader in the region and many people expect for improvement and reforms from me, and I won’t deceive those people, no matter what happens and what it costs,” Saakashvili wrote.

As reported earlier, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba had declared that that the situation surrounding Saakashvili is painful since “a citizen of Ukraine who isn’t bestowed with the rights and powers to express the position of the state is actively interpreting the situation in Georgia ahead of the elections”.
