Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health of Armenia Alina Nikoghosyan reported the following on her Facebook page:

“As the Ministry of Defense had reported earlier, 48-year-old resident of Chinari village Aramayis Hovakimyan was wounded by a strike from the adversary. Nearly 10% of the surface of the patient’s body is burnt, and there are pieces in the thigh bone. Doctors say the patient is in critical but stable condition for now. Further information will be provided later.

I would also like to report that all efforts are being put in to organize medical aid properly. Due to the situation, hospitals have been replenished with medical workers and necessary equipment.”
