Minister of Justice of Armenia Rustam Badasyan today received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin.

Badasyan welcomed the Ambassador to the Ministry of Justice, congratulated him on the results of the nationwide referendum on constitutional reforms held in Russia and expressed gratitude for Russia’s support to Armenia in the fight against COVID-19.

Ambassador Kopirkin thanked the minister for inviting him to the meeting and attached importance to the maintenance and strengthening of dialogue with the Ministry of Justice.

During the meeting, the parties considered the directions for constitutional reforms in Armenia, the past and upcoming reforms in the judiciary and anti-corruption field and the opportunities for cooperation in this context.
