Presenting the situation on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border today, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan told Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin that the reasons why Azerbaijan decided to attack the Armenian military positions remain unclear.

Pashinyan also stated that the events on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border are taking place on the background of the provocation of a third party.

“We still need to understand who is interested in the escalation on the border and why,” Nikol Pashinyan said.
