The children under care at Marie Izmirlian Orphanage of Yerevan and the employees have overcome the coronavirus, as reported the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia.

On June 8, 2020, the orphanage reported 13 coronavirus cases (4 employees and 9 children). The Arabkir Medical Complex – Institute for Children’s and Adolescents Health immediately started taking care of the infected children and the employees of the orphanage, taking into consideration the fact that the orphanage takes care of children with health problems or disabilities.

The coronavirus has already been overcome through the combined efforts of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Arabkir Medical Center and Izmirlian Foundation.
