For the first time since June 14, the number of active cases of coronavirus infection is less than 10,000, and there is reason to believe that Armenia has not only entered the phase of overcoming the coronavirus crisis but can also better cope with its possible second wave, PM Nikol Pashinyan said during his live on Facebook.

According to him, however, the anti-epidemic campaign has again intensified.

"We all don't like wearing a mask. But it is clear that this dynamic is driven mainly by maintaining the discipline of wearing masks," he noted.

He recalled that over 700 people have died from COVID-19, and this is a frightening figure.
