These days in some countries Azerbaijanis are carrying out attacks on Armenians, which are motivated by ethnic hatred and are accompanied by degrading statements, the Ombudsman of Armenia Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook. 

"The attacks are provocative and are carried out by groups against defenseless civilians. I would like to draw the attention of international organizations to these events. I'll send them official letters today. It is necessary to exclude any phenomenon contributing to the growth of tension," he noted.
