Charges have been brought against the former deputy mayor of Yerevan Vahe Nikoyan and the ex-director of the company subordinated to the mayor's office, Gevork Hakobyan, Armenia's Special Investigation Service noted.

The charges against Nikoyan and Hakobyan were brought forward in the same case. The investigator filed a motion for their arrest.
