YEREVAN. – Vahe Nikoyan, former Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, and Gevorg Hakobyan, former director of a company operating under the auspices of the city hall, will not be arrested; the court has denied the respective motion by the Special Investigation Service (SIS) of Armenia. This was informed by the SIS in response to Armenian News-NEWS.am's respective inquiry.

The SIS added that Nikoyan and Hakobyan are charged with abuse of power and committing official forgery.
