YEREVAN. – The court session on the criminal case against second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and several other former senior officials has resumed Tuesday.

At the previous hearing, the defense motioned to lift the attachment on the property of defendants Robert Kocharyan and former deputy PM Armen Gevorgyan.

The prosecution objected to these motions.

And the court required from the defense to provide complete information on the property and bank accounts under this attachment.
