The flights of the Turkish and Azerbaijani air forces are within the scope of monitoring of the respective systems of Armenia and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). Tigran Abrahamyan, head of the Henaket Analytical Center and former adviser to the Artsakh President, noted about this on Facebook.

"The takeoff of any plane, helicopter, moving in different directions is fixed.

"In case the adversary’s air force is at a risky distance from the border, creating a threat, the air defense systems take operative steps according to the previously approved procedures," Abrahamyan added.
