YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Justice, together with the Ministry of Health, is developing a legislative package that will enable the government to protect the population and carry out sanitary and epidemiological security measures during emergencies, but without declaring a state of emergency in Armenia.

In a conversation with Armenian News-NEWS.am, Lusine Martirosyan, head of the information and public relations department of the Ministry of Justice, said: "The Ministry of Health mainly works on these drafts, but we also cooperate with the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Prime Minister's Office."

But she could not specify as to when this law package will be ready.
