YREVAN. – By Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's decision, Karen Avanesyan has been appointed Head of the Department of Diaspora Potential Mapping and Engagement at the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of Armenia.

The aforesaid decision is published on the official website of the government.
