I had a telephone conversation with Lebanese President Michel Aoun a short while ago. Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote this in a Facebook post on Wednesday.

"Expressing support and condolences over yesterday's explosion [in Beirut] and the casualties, I offered the help of the Republic of Armenia to the brotherly people of Lebanon.

The Lebanese government is currently conducting a needs assessment, and as a result of the assessment, the Armenian government will make decisions as needed," Pashinyan added.
