World oil prices are fluctuating Thursday morning, and trading data attest to this, RT reported.

Accordingly, WTI oil futures for September dropped 0.07 percent to $42.16 a barrel.

But Brent oil futures for October went up 0.24 percent to $45.28 a barrel.
