YEREVAN. – When we say "house," we should not think of four walls, one roof; when we say "park," we should not think of four benches; Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the government—and referring to national construction in Armenia.

According to him, a new building culture, color, and philosophy should enter those small spaces. "What we are doing, what we are talking about, must be expressed in that work," he said.

Pashinyan addressed the issue of shelters, too. "Now what we are building, creating, it shall be the new Armenia, the physical expression and change of the New Armenia," he said.

"We have to get out of the logic of 'getting by,' and we have to develop," Pashinyan added.
