Italian Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC) may revoke the Irish low-cost airline Ryanair's permission to fly to the country due to a violation of security rules introduced amid the pandemic, Interfax reported.
The air carrier systematically violates the rules adopted in Italy to contain the spread of COVID-19.
ENAC may oblige Ryanair to only fill half of its flights, however, further non-compliance may result in the airline losing its right to operate at Italian airports.
Ryanair denied the accusations of the Italian regulator, Euronews reported.
