YEREVAN. – At 3:16pm on Sunday, the National Center for Crisis Management of Armenia received a report that a 14-year-old had fallen into the Hrazdan River, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
A brigade each from of the fire-rescue and special water-rescue detachments of the Kotayk provincial rescue department left for the scene.
