As reported earlier, law enforcement officers began dispersing demonstrators in the capital of Belarus. Cars with water cannons drove up to the meeting place on Masherov Avenue.
In the evening, mass unauthorized protests took place in several cities of Belarus after the announcement of the first results of the presidential elections. Police officers used tear gas, water cannons and stun grenades against the protesters, and also pushed the protesters out of the center of the capital.
