YEREVAN. – The court session on the criminal case against second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and several other former senior officials has resumed Tuesday.
During the previous hearing, Kocharyan's lawyer Hayk Alumyan had motioned the court to question the legal successors and injured parties in the case as witnesses. The prosecution had objected to this motion.
