There are still 20 containers of potentially hazardous chemicals in Beirut port, the Associated Press reported Monday, citing a member of a French team that arrived in Lebanon to help clean up the aftermath.

According to him, a group of experts in the field of chemicals from France and Italy, together with Lebanese rescuers, are currently working to ensure the safety of their containers, Interfax reported.

He noted that some of them turned out to be with holes as a result of explosions, from one - liquid flows out. The source did not specify which substances were in question.
