Someone tried to break into a payment terminal in capital city Yerevan, but the theft was prevented as a result of police response, according to the press service of Armenia Police.
Subsequently, a 34-year-old Yerevan resident was taken to a Police department, where he confessed to this act.
A criminal case has been initiated in connection with the incident.
Expert examinations have been ordered.
The circumstances are being ascertained.
