The EU will allocate EUR 53 million in aid to the Belarusian people, TASS reported referring to the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.
According to her, they have allocated the money in support of the victims of repression.
The European Commission will redistribute the European aid to Belarus so that it goes not to the authorities, but the people, Ursula von der Leyen noted.
