The purpose of my meetings with the residents in several districts of the capital city [Stepanakert] was to get acquainted with the existing problems on the spot and to offer appropriate solutions. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Haroutyunyan noted this on Facebook post.

"In the coming years, we plan to completely solve the problems of the buildings in Stepanakert that are in a state of collapse and of the streets that need to be repaired; the [respective] work has started in full swing.

"The development of main capital Stepanakert, ensuring its presentable appearance and appeal is one of our main priorities, which we must achieve together—with our caring and dedicated work," Haroutyunyan added.
