YEREVAN. – As of 11am on Tuesday, 111 new cases of the coronavirus were confirmed in Armenia, and the total number of cases has reached 42,936 in the country, according to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Also, four more deaths from COVID-19 were registered, making the respective total 858 cases.

Four more cases of coronavirus patients dying from other illnesses were recorded in Armenia in the past one day, and the respective death toll in the country is 260 now.

The number of people who have recovered over the past one day is 426, the total number of people who have recovered so far is 36,475, and the number of people currently being treated is 5,343—which is a drop by 323 in one day.

A total of 1,299 COVID-19 tests were conducted in Armenia over the past one day, and 196,873 tests have been performed to date.
