The 15^th session of the Armenian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission on Military-Technical Cooperation will take place in the Russian city Irkutsk, and the delegation led by Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia Makar Ghambaryan will leave for Russia to attend the session. This is the decision of Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan posted on the official website of the Government of Armenia.

Among the delegates will be Armenia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Russia Vardan Toghanyan, Head of the Department for Eurasia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Davit Virabyan, Head of the Division for the Collective Security Treaty Organization of the Department for Eurasia Astghik Baldryan, Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative of Armenia in the Collective Security Treaty Organization Victor Biyagov, Head of the Division for Military-Political Cooperation of the Department for Military Security of the Security Council Bureau of the Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia Armen Abrahamyan and other officials.
