YEREVAN. – As of 11am on Wednesday, 197 new cases of the coronavirus were confirmed in Armenia, and the total number of cases has reached 44,075 in the country, according to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Also, three more deaths from COVID-19 were registered, making the respective total 884 cases.

One more case of coronavirus patients dying from other illnesses was recorded in Armenia in the past one day, and the respective death toll in the country is 269 now.

The number of people who have recovered over the past one day is 275, the total number of people who have recovered so far is 38,631, and the number of people currently being treated is 4,291—which is a drop by 82 in one day.

A total of 2,460 COVID-19 tests were conducted in Armenia over the past one day, and 209,389 tests have been performed to date.
