There will be no privileged persons, unlawful steps in Artsakh. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Haroutyunyan stated this at a press conference on Wednesday.

"It is ruled out that we allow anyone's dignity to be violated," he added.

And touching upon the prospect for concluding a military and political alliance between Armenia and Artsakh, Haroutyunyan said: "Work has begun in terms of concluding a strategic alliance agreement between Armenia and Artsakh. The issue of drafting a working document is being discussed at the security councils.

We do not have an insurmountable obstacle in this matter. We have to calculate everything—whether we will win after making the decision, what it will give us, and what we will lose. It is not that there is a person against it. The foreign ministries are also conducting studies in that regard—without opening brackets."
