Armenia has the potential to become the most developed country in the region, ex-president Robert Kocharyan said at a meeting with youth representatives.
"My impression is that Armenia can be the most developed and organized country in the region. The potential is there, I saw it," he said.
According to Kocharyan, this was the case in 1992-94, despite the blockade and many issues.
"The World Bank taught our experience to others. Our specialists even in Eastern Europe held seminars on our success," the ex-leader added.
