YEREVAN. – The court session on the criminal case against second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and several other former senior officials has resumed Tuesday.
During the previous hearing on September 8, defense attorney Aram Vardevanyan had filed a motion with the court to revoke the attachment on the former president's property and bank accounts, and had submitted a respective expert assessment to the court.
However, the lawyer had requested a closed hearing, and the court had granted this request.
