YEREVAN. – At Thursday's Cabinet meeting, the government of Armenia made a decision to allow payment with the property belonging to Armenian Air Navigation CJSC in exchange for the acquisition of a corresponding number of shares belonging to the state, placed by the company, and in accordance with the procedure established by law.

It was also stipulated that by repurchasing the shares acquired by this company, to reduce the authorized capital of the company by the appropriate amount, and in accordance with the procedure established by law.

The reasoning behind this decision states that the adoption of this draft decision is aimed at ensuring the safety of the flights of the aviation of the Armed Forces.

Also, as a result of the adoption of the draft decision, the safety of these flights shall be increased both in simple and complicated meteorological conditions.
