YEREVAN. – The former employees of armored cash transport vehicle company Hayinkasatsia are carrying out a protest outside the main building of the government of Armenia.

About 200 people have lost their jobs as a result of the liquidation of this CJSC.

"They say, 'We have no income, that’s why we are liquidating [it].' But they are deceiving; we [Hayinkasatsia] have very big incomes. Now about 200 people have been left without work. We demand to restore Hayinkasatsia, to abolish the liquidation commission. Our cars are standing ready in the garage," said one of the former employees.

He noted that the Central Bank of Armenia does not substantiate this process in any way. "The Central Bank took the [company’s] shares from everyone’s hands. We have [bank] deposits under the name of Hayinkasatsia. Our leadership has carried out a robbery, paid us low salaries, and made us work for 14 hours. We also apply to the NSS [National Security Service], too. See what robberies have taken place there," he added.
