YEREVAN. – On the occasion of the 29th anniversary of Armenia's independence, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Monday morning visited Yerablur Military Pantheon—in Yerevan—with several other senior officials.

He is accompanied by President Armen Sarkissian, Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II, National Assembly speaker Ararat Mirzoyan, and Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan.

They laid flowers at the graves of Supreme Commander—and former PM and defense minister—Vazgen Sargsyan and legendary military commander and statesman Andranik Ozanian, at the monument to the missing freedom fighters, and a wreath—at the memorial to the fallen freedom fighters.
