YEREVAN. – I do not want to comment on that statement, which was very emotional. Armenia’s Foreign Minister Zohrab noted this Monday morning in a conversation with journalists at Yerablur Military Pantheon in Yerevan—and referring to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev the statement Armenia has failed the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) peace talks, that the latter have failed due to the fault of the Armenian side.
"In that sense, I will leave [that statement] without comment," the Armenian FM added.
