President of France Emmanuel Macron is ready for dialogue with Turkey, but Ankara must respect the sovereignty of the European Union, international law and explain its operations in Libya and Syria.

“We Europeans are ready for dialogue, but not at the expense of intimidation, but by respecting international law and the cooperation between allies,” Macron said, adding that these principles are not a matter of discussion.
