Armenian police officers received information according to which a resident of Armenia’s Vahagni village was illegally growing, keeping and using a narcotic drug in his backyard.

After verifying the authenticity of the information, criminal intelligence agents detected 21 cannabis plants.

While preparing the report, police found out that the plants belonged to the deceased landlord, who had grown the cannabis and processed them for personal use.

The cannabis plants were extirpated.

Expert examinations have been designated.

A report is being prepared.
