Armenia’s Ambassador to Russia Vardan Toghanyan and representatives of various government agencies of Armenia held a meeting with representatives of the Armenian Human Rights Association at the Armenian Embassy (the representatives of the Association are providing assistance to the citizens of Armenia who were arrested after the events that took place in Moscow and Moscow Region in July).

According to the Embassy’s press release, issues related to protection of the rights and interests of the arrestees were discussed during the meeting.

The seven citizens were arrested for the incident that took place in July of this year.
