YEREVAN. – I have not made a decision yet. Yervand Khundkaryan, newly elected judge of the Constitutional Court of Armenia, stated this in a conversation with Armenian News-NEWS.am, when asked whether he will self-nominate for the post of the President of the Constitutional Court.
As for the remark that the main respective “battle” is between him and fellow Constitutional Court Judge Arman Dilanyan, he said: "I am not sure that the information is accurate because there is no nomination or self-nomination yet."
As for the fact that a decision was made that the media could not cover the session of the Constitutional Court, Khundkaryan said: "The working session defines which persons can be present at the working session."
