Gor Yeranyan, the next candidate for MP after ex-MP Armen Pambukhchyan, will assume his mandate. This is what Yeranyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“Based on my profession and knowledge of languages, I assume my focus will be on regional issues,” he added.

Gor Yeranyan, 30, was born in Ararat Province of Armenia. He is non-partisan.

Yeranyan graduated from the Faculty of History at Yerevan State University, is a scientific worker of the Institute of History at the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia and has served as a lecturer of the Faculty of History at Yerevan State University.

Armen Pambukhchyan was stripped of his parliamentary mandate, based on his application, and will be appointed Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations.
