Early this morning, Azerbaijan went into active shelling along the entire line of contact, Artsakh president spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan wrote on her Facebook.

“Early this morning, the enemy launched active shelling along the entire line of contact. Civilian settlements, including the capital, Stepanakert, are also under fire. We urge the population to hide. At the same time, we declare that our response will be proportionate, and all responsibility for the situation lies with the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan, and personally Ilham Aliyev [Azerbaijani president - ed.]," Poghosyan said.
