Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has tweeted the following:
“The recent aggressive statements of the Azerbaijani leadership, the large-scale joint military exercises with Turkey, as well as the rejection of the monitoring requests of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office clearly indicate this aggression was pre-planned and constitutes large-scale provocation against regional peace and security.”
