Former Minister of Defense of Armenia, Colonel-General Mikayel Harutyunyan has addressed the authorities of Armenia with the request to provide him with the opportunity to come to Armenia and leave for Artsakh, but he still hasn’t received a reply. This is what Harutyunyan told 168.am.

Mikayel Harutyunyan is wanted under the case of the events of March 1, 2008, and since he is a citizen of the Russian Federation, he hasn’t been extradited to Armenia.
