Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, posted a photo on his Facebook page, in which the national flags of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and Armenia and the coat of arms of the Armed Forces of Armenia are illuminated on the NA building.
"Our flags on the building of the National Assembly," Mirzoyan wrote.
