Azerbaijan also violated last night the ceasefire agreement reached between the conflicting parties on October 10. The State Emergency Situations Service of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) informs about this, the Artsakh Information Center reported Wednesday.
"In particular, civilian infrastructure was targeted—with different types of weapons—in the direction of Shahumyan, Martakert, and Hadrut regions.
