Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia have supported the current format of talks aimed at resolving the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov reminded reporters about this on Wednesday—and when asked to comment on Turkey's proposal to enter this format, TASS reports.
"Moscow, first of all, assumes that during the recent meeting of the three foreign ministers [of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia] in Moscow, all three sides confirmed the principle of unchanging the [current] negotiation format," the Kremlin spokesman said.
