In parallel with the fighting on the night of October 18-19, Azerbaijan once again violated the ceasefire agreement, opened fire on peaceful settlements in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), and targeted civilian facilities. This was reported by the Artsakh State Emergency Situations Service.

"In particular, the city of Martuni, the communities of Urekan, Ishkhanadzor, Aygehovit, and Vurgavan of Kashatagh Region were shelled.

The information about the affected and the damages is being verified," the Service added.
