In contacts with Turkey, the Russian Foreign Ministry raises the issue of the participation of mercenaries from Syria and Libya in the fighting in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone. Mikhail Bogdanov, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa, told this to reporters, according to TASS.

"We are discussing all the issues," he said in response to a question.

And when asked whether during these contacts the Russian side emphasizes the inadmissibility of the participation of mercenaries in the conflict zone, the deputy FM responded: "Of course."
